1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Xovrix ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Slice Battle (the "App", package name com.xovrix.slicebattle), available on the Google Play Store.

We built Slice Battle to be a fun, offline-friendly precision game. We designed it to collect as little information as possible. The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details such as your name, email address, or phone number.

The main way information is processed is through Google AdMob, the third-party service we use to show ads. Please read the Advertising & Google AdMob section carefully, as Google may collect and use certain device and usage data to deliver and measure ads.

By downloading, installing, or using Slice Battle, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

3.1 Information you provide directly

None. Slice Battle has no registration, login, chat, or contact form. We do not ask you for, and you do not provide, personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, or phone number.

3.2 Information collected automatically (through ads)

When ads are served in the App, our advertising partner Google AdMob (and the Google Mobile Ads SDK bundled in the App) may automatically collect or receive certain information from your device to provide, personalize, cap, measure, and secure ads. This may include:

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's own privacy policies. We ourselves do not receive your advertising ID or IP address in an identifiable form. See Advertising & Google AdMob.

3.3 Information we do not collect

Slice Battle does not collect, request, or access any of the following:

4. Data stored on your device

To let you keep playing where you left off, the App saves your gameplay data locally on your device using Android's standard app storage (SharedPreferences). This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is not linked to your identity. It includes:

You can erase this data at any time using the Reset Progress option in the App's Settings, or by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App from your device.

5. How we use information

Information is used only for the following purposes:

We do not use your information for building personal profiles about you outside of the advertising functions provided by Google.

6. Advertising & Google AdMob

Slice Battle uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob is an advertising service provided by Google LLC. To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may access and process your device's advertising identifier and the technical/usage data described in Section 3.2.

Personalized vs. non-personalized ads

Depending on your region and your choices, Google may show personalized ads (based on prior activity/interests) or non-personalized ads (based only on coarse context such as the content of the App and approximate location). Where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland), a consent prompt may be shown before personalized ads are served.

How Google uses data

Google's collection and use of data through AdMob is governed by Google's own privacy policy and partner terms. For details, and to understand how Google uses information from apps that use its services, please see:

Your ad choices

Note: Opting out of personalized ads does not remove ads from the App — you will still see ads, but they will be less tailored to you.

7. Third-party services

The App relies on the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:

ServicePurposePrivacy policy
Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) Displaying and measuring in-app advertisements policies.google.com/privacy
Google Play Services Core services that support ads and the advertising ID on Android devices policies.google.com/privacy
Google Play Store App distribution, installation, and updates Google Play Terms of Service

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their policies.

8. App permissions

Slice Battle requests only the permissions needed to show ads and run reliably. Most are declared automatically by the Google Mobile Ads SDK and do not require you to grant anything manually.

9. Data sharing & disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared only in these limited situations:

10. Data retention

11. Children's privacy

Slice Battle is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because the App shows ads via Google AdMob, it is not intended for use by children as defined by the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU GDPR, or the Google Play Families Policy. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided information or should not be using the App, please contact us so we can address it.

Developer note: if you set this app's Google Play target audience to include children, you must configure AdMob to serve only child-appropriate (non-personalized, family-safe) ads and update this section accordingly.

12. Your privacy rights & choices

Regardless of where you live, you can:

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Where processing is based on consent (such as personalized ads), you may withdraw that consent at any time. Because we do not maintain accounts or servers that store your personal data, requests relating to advertising data are generally handled by Google; you may also contact us and we will assist where we can.

If you are in California, USA (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. The sharing of identifiers with Google for advertising may be considered "sharing" under California law; you can limit this by opting out of ad personalization and resetting your advertising ID as described above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.

13. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect information. Your game progress is stored in the App's private, sandboxed storage on your device, which is not accessible to other apps under Android's security model. Data transmitted for advertising is handled by Google over encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. International users

The App is operated from Pakistan. Our advertising partner, Google, operates globally, and information processed for advertising may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where data-protection laws may differ. Such transfers are handled by Google in accordance with applicable legal safeguards described in the Google Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our practices, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

16. Contact us

If you have any questions, requests, or concerns about this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact us:

We will do our best to respond to legitimate requests within a reasonable timeframe.
